I am based at the University of Bristol, UK, in the Institute for Learning and Research Technology (ILRT).

I work half-time as Institute Director (and Assistant Director of Information Services). I am also seconded half-time to the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education as Director, Publications and Organisational Development.

My interests and experience reflect my two 'hats', and include virtual teams and virtual organisations; collaborative research tools; people and organisational development and issues of integration of systems (people and systems aspects) - all in a higher education context.
